Description
The Oxford Mail and Times building is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a Welsh slate roof with a brick stack at one end. The building stands three stories tall and has a two-window range. The entrance, which was updated in the 20th century, includes a glazed door with an overlight. To the right of the entrance is a glazed bow window. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, each three panes wide, and they are topped with stepped stone voussoirs. The second floor has two smaller windows that are similar in style but have partial glazing. The interior has not been inspected.
