House, now house and shop. C18. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply pitched slate roof. Brick ridge stack to left. 2 storeys plus attic. 2-window range. C20 shop front. Two 3-light casements to first floor have chamfered wooden lintels. Single gabled roof dormer. Stone coping to right. Interior: ground floor said to have been remodelled C20 and that original beam survives on first floor.
