The building is constructed of ironstone ashlar and features a plain-tile roof with brick ridge and end stacks. It has three storeys and a four-window range, with two entrances.
On the left, there is a rusticated pedimented doorway that contains a six-panelled door with a geometrical patterned overlight. The central entrance also has a pedimented doorcase, a six-panelled door, and a geometrical patterned overlight. The central entrance is flanked by sash windows with glazing bars, each having a four-pane width. The first floor has four sash windows, with three and four-pane widths. The second floor features two blocked window openings, including one painted fake sash, and two sashes with glazing bars, each with a four-pane width. The building is topped with a parapet and has two hipped dormers located behind it. The interior has not been inspected.
