This building, known as Circuit Automation Limited, is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the late 17th century to early 18th century and has undergone later alterations and extensions. The exterior is made of ironstone ashlar with a low-pitched tile roof and brick end stacks. The building has three storeys and features a three-window range. The central entrance includes a stone doorcase and a 20th-century door, flanked by canted bay windows. On the first floor, there are two tripartite sash windows and a central sash window with a pediment. The second floor also has two tripartite sashes and a central sash with glazing bars. A moulded stone eaves cornice and a parapet complete the façade. At the rear, there is a brick extension. Inside, there is a large 17th-century stone fireplace with a four-centred arch, an 18th-century style staircase with a wreathed handrail, and stone flag floors. The building is included for its group value.
