Description

Cross Cafe is a 17th-century house that has been converted into a cafe, with later alterations. The building is constructed of regular coursed ironstone rubble and features a steeply pitched stone slate roof laid to diminishing courses. There is a brick stack at the right end of the building. It is a single storey plus attic with a single window width and has a 19th-century shop front. The entrance passage at the rear of the property includes a wooden lintel with a keystone. There is also a single gabled attic dormer. The interior has not been inspected.
