Description
Lloyd and Stevens is a house that has been converted into shops, dating from the 18th century and remodelled in the early 19th century. The building features stucco, renewed brick and ridge stacks, and a renewed Welsh slate roof. It has two storeys and a three-window range. The ground floor has a 20th-century rusticated appearance, with a 20th-century entrance for the shop. To the left, there is a recessed entrance with panelled reveals, a pedimented hood supported by consoles, and a six-panelled door that includes two glazed panels and an overlight with a geometrical design. To the left of this entrance is a tripartite sash window. The first floor has three sash windows, each with moulded stone surrounds and glazing bars arranged in a three-pane width. The building features a moulded stone eaves cornice and a stone parapet. Inside, the chemists shop has a remodelled ground floor. A single window width extension to the right is noted but is not of special architectural interest.
