Description

The Alliance Building Society and Compare Insurance Brokers is a house and offices, likely built in the late 18th century or early 19th century, with later alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof with a brick stack on the right side. The building has three storeys and a two-window range. The office front is wood cased and includes a central 20th-century door. To the right, there is a wood cased coachway entrance leading to the rear yard. The first and second floors each have a two-light and a three-light wood mullioned and transomed window with stone surrounds. The interior has not been inspected.
