Description

This building, known as Elt Banbury, is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of red brick with a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features a four-window range.

The entrance, located off-centre to the left, has a pedimented doorcase and a four-panelled door with an overlight that has a geometrical pattern. The doorway is flanked by sash windows with horns, and the windows have keystoned stepped voussoirs. To the right, there is a renewed carriage entrance with an arched stepped keystoned head.

On the first floor, there are four sash windows that include glazing bars in a three-pane width. The windows are set on stone sills and also have stepped keystoned voussoirs. The building features dentilled eaves and an ironstone plinth. The interior has not been inspected.
