Description
Savill's Estate Agent, located at No. 21 Horse Fair in Banbury, is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the 18th century or earlier and is constructed of regularly coursed ironstone rubble. The building features a steeply pitched tile roof and has a brick ridge stack set on a moulded and rendered stone base. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and has a five-window range.
The entrance includes a double doorway with a pediment and panelled doors. To the left of the doorway, there are three sash windows that have stone flat arches and glazing bars only at the top. To the right, there is a two-storey gabled bay window with stone mullions and renewed stonework. An additional sash window with glazing bars to the top only is located at the extreme right. On the first floor, there are three sash windows with glazing bars and shutters, along with a three-light window to the right that also has shutters. The interior has not been inspected.
