Description

The building comprises two houses, now offices. It was constructed during the 18th and 19th centuries. The exterior is painted brick, with brick end stacks. The building is three storeys high and has a seven-window front. Both entrances have pedimented door cases; the door case at No.25 features panelled reveals and a geometrical patterned overlight, while No.26 has a simpler overlight. Both entrances have half-glazed doors. Two sash windows to the left of the doorways have horns and shutters. A panelled door with a narrow overlight is located to the right. The first floor has seven sash windows with stone sills, and the third floor has seven smaller sash windows with brick flat arches and stone sills. Three of the left-hand sash windows have glazing bars. Flat brick bands are positioned between the floors. A brick-panelled parapet tops the building. The interior of No.25 features a 20th-century straight flight staircase, along with shutters and panelled doors.
