Description

No. 39 Rodney Street is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with a total of four bays. At the top, there is a cornice. All the windows have wedge lintels and are sashed without glazing bars. The third bay includes a round-headed entrance that is framed by a Doric doorcase and has a six-panel door. There are plain iron railings in front of the area, and to the right, there is a low screen wall with an entrance.
