Description

No. 45 Rodney Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high with a basement and features four bays. The stone basement is complemented by sill bands on the first and second floors, and there is a cornice with a blocking course at the top. The windows are fitted with wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The entrance, located in the second bay, is round-arched and has an Ionic doorcase with a six-panel door. Additionally, there are plain iron area railings.
