Description

No. 60 Rodney Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high with a basement and features two bays. It has a flat band above the ground floor and a top cornice with a blocking course. All windows are fitted with wedge lintels and are sash windows, with those above the ground floor including glazing bars. The entrance, located in the first bay, has a round-headed design with a panelled doorcase and a four-panel door. The property is also complemented by plain iron area railings.
