Description
41 Rodney Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building stands three stories tall with a basement. It features a stone basement, a first-floor sill band, and a top cornice with a blocking course. All windows have gauged brick flat arches; the first and second floors have sash windows without glazing bars, while the second-floor second bay has a sash window with glazing bars flanked by long casement windows. The entrance, located in the second bay, is round-headed and has a Doric doorcase with fluted pilasters and a six-panel door. The first-floor windows include wooden blind boxes, and there are plain iron area railings. To the left, there is a low screen wall with an entrance to the yard.
