Description

49A Rodney Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. It stands three storeys tall with a basement and features three bays. All windows are sashed and have wedge lintels. The entrance is round-headed and is adorned with a Doric portico that has fluted columns and a glazed doorcase. There are rectangular iron balconies on the first floor and plain iron railings around the area. The return of the building has a pedimental gable.
