Description

No. 2 Mount Street is an early 19th-century house made of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and has four bays. The top features a cornice and a hipped roof. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The first bay is an addition and contains a window only on the ground floor. The third bay features an entrance with a flat architrave and a bracketed cornice, topped by a rectangular fanlight with a flat architrave. There is an inserted window above this entrance. The left side of the building has paired sashed windows.
