Description
Broadwas Court is an early 19th-century house. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings, topped by a hipped slate roof and brick stacks. The house is three storeys high, with a moulded eaves cornice and five bays. All windows have stone sills, cambered heads, gauged flat brick arches, and glazing bar sashes; the second-floor windows are six-pane sashes. The central porch is ashlar, square in plan, and features banded rustication, fluted Doric pilasters with a full entablature, a pediment surround, double panelled doors, and a plain rectangular fanlight. Extensions to the rear have been converted into two additional dwellings.
