Description

This is a stable building, likely dating from the late 17th century. It is timber-framed, with weatherboard cladding above a brick plinth, and has a slate roof. The barn has two framed bays and is single-storey, with a hayloft above. The exterior features large square panels extending from the sill to the wall-plate. An arched doorhead with a half-planked door is located in the front right bay.

The interior comprises a queen strut truss system and single, trenched purlins. The floor is laid with bricks and cobblestones.
