Description

74 and 76 Rodney Street are two houses built in the late 18th century. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and two bays. There is a sill band at the first floor and a cornice at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed, with glazing bars present on No. 74. The entrances are round-headed and have Doric doorcases with complete fanlights above. Additionally, there are plain iron area railings.
