Description

No. 84 Rodney Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of red brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building has three storeys plus a basement and features four bays. It includes a flat band above the basement, a sill band at the first floor, and a cornice at the top with a blocking course. All windows are fitted with wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The entrance, located in the third bay, is round-headed and features a Doric doorcase with fluted columns, a complete fanlight, and a six-panel door. There are plain iron railings surrounding the area in front of the house.
