Description

No. 78 Rodney Street is an early 19th-century house, constructed from brick with stone dressings and topped with a slate roof. It stands three storeys high with a basement and features five bays. The building has a prominent top cornice. All the windows are fitted with wedge lintels and are sashed without glazing bars. The central entrance is round-headed and flanked by flat pilasters, featuring a complete fanlight above a six-panel door, where the panels are rounded with the two top panels being oval. The property is enclosed by plain iron area railings.
