Description

No. 33 Clarence Street is an early 19th-century house made of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. It has three storeys and a basement, featuring three bays. The top cornice is present, and all windows have wedge lintels. The central bay's windows are blind, while the other bays have sashes without glazing bars. The entrances are slightly to the right and are round-headed, adorned with panelled pilasters and an archivolt. The doorcase is plain and includes a six-panel door. There are iron area railings, but the timber entrance columns were removed in 1984.
