95A Mount Pleasant is a late 18th-century house constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and features four bays, with three of these facing Clarence Street. The ground floor has a modern shop front, while the upper floors are adorned with sash windows that have stone sills and lintels.
