Description
95A Mount Pleasant is a late 18th-century house constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and features four bays, with three of these facing Clarence Street. The ground floor has a modern shop front, while the upper floors are adorned with sash windows that have stone sills and lintels. The gable facing Clarence Street also includes sash windows on each floor. This property is included in the listing for its group value only.
