Description

No. 82 Rodney Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with three bays. There is a sill band at the first floor and a cornice at the top. All windows are fitted with wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The entrance, located in the first bay, is round-headed and has an Ionic doorcase, a complete fanlight, and a six-panel door. The property is also enclosed by plain iron area railings.
