Description

No. 18 Nelson Street is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys, a basement, and three bays. The windows are fitted with wedge lintels and are sash style, with glazing bars on the first and second storeys; there is also a blind window on the second storey. The entrance is round-headed and has a Doric doorcase with fluted columns, a complete fanlight, and a 20th-century six-panel door. There are plain iron railings around the area.
