Description

Nos. 10 and 12 on Nelson Street are two houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and two bays. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. There is a sill band on the first floor, along with a top frieze and cornice. The round-headed entrances are adorned with Doric doorcases that have fluted columns, complete fanlights, and six-panel doors. Additionally, there are plain iron area railings.
