Description

Nos. 169 and 171 Duke Street are two houses built in 1765. They are constructed of brick with stucco dressings and feature a slate roof. Each house has three storeys, a basement, and an attic, with three bays. The windows are adorned with keyed rusticated wedge lintels, and the attics are pedimented, showcasing small Venetian windows. The interiors have not been inspected. These houses are part of an interrupted terrace that includes Nos. 159 to 165 and Nos. 173 and 175, making them the oldest houses in central Liverpool.
