Description

No. 14 Colquitt Street is a house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, featuring three bays. There is a lintel band at the basement level, a sill band at the first floor, and a cornice at the top. The windows are fitted with gauged brick flat arches and are sashed with glazing bars, although the central window on the second floor is blind. The round-headed entrance includes a complete fanlight and a six-panel door. Additionally, there are plain iron railings surrounding the area and steps, some of which have decorative heads.
