Description

No. 76 on Seel Street is an early 19th-century house made of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. It has three storeys and three bays. The windows feature wedge lintels, with the second-floor windows having casements, while the first-floor windows are sashed and include glazing bars. There is a cornice at the top of the building. The front has plain iron railings in the area, and the entrance consists of a panelled door with a round traceried fanlight, set within a wooden doorcase that has pilasters, a panelled tympanum, and a cornice.
