Description

No. 30 Rodney Street is a house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high with a basement and features three bays. It has a sill band and a top cornice. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows, with glazing bars on the upper floors. There is one blind window on the second floor. The entrance features flat architraves and a cornice, and it has a two-panel door that dates from the mid-19th century.
