Description

No. 36A on Rodney Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, featuring four bays. There is a stone band above the basement, with sill bands on the first and second floors, and a top cornice that includes a blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars on the upper floors. The entrance, located to the right of the centre, includes a projecting Ionic porch and a glazed doorcase. An inserted window is present on the second floor, and there are plain iron area railings.
