Description

No. 36 Rodney Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall with a basement and features three bays. All windows are fitted with wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The first floor includes an iron balcony, and there is a cornice at the top. The entrance, located in the first bay, is round-arched and has an Ionic doorcase with a complete fanlight above it. Plain iron railings enclose the area in front of the house.
