Description

10 and 12 Rodney Street are two houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and a basement, with three bays on the front. There is a sill band at the first floor and a cornice at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The entrances, which are round-headed, are located in the end bays and are framed by Doric doorcases. No. 12 has a complete fanlight and a six-panel door, while No. 10 has a two-panel door.
