Description

This is a house located at 12 Bromwich Lane, built in the early 19th century with later additions and alterations. It features a rendered brick exterior and a hipped slate roof with wide overhanging eaves. There are painted brick stacks on the right-hand side and at the rear, which have oversailing details and pots.

The house has a double-fronted, double-depth plan with a central hall and is two storeys tall. The front is symmetrical with three bays. On the first floor, there is a 6/6 sash window flanked by two 8/8 sash windows. The ground floor has similar 8/8 sash windows, all set in plain reveals with stone sills. The central doorway has a 5-panel door with bolection moulding and a radial pattern fanlight. The interior has not been inspected.
