Description

10 Bromwich Lane is a former coach-house to No. 12, now functioning as a separate dwelling. It dates from the early to mid-19th century and has undergone some later alterations. The building is constructed of painted brick and features a hipped slate roof, with a brick stack on the right that has an oversailing detail and a pot. The exterior consists of a single bay front with a side entry. The front has one ground floor window that is an 8/8 sash and a 4/8 sash window in a box half dormer. The interior has not been inspected. This building forms an integral group with No. 12.
