Description
Kynance Cottage is an 18th-century cottage constructed of cob, which is rough cast and color washed. It features a thatched roof and has a two-room plan with one storey and attics. The ground floor has two 2-light horizontal sash windows, while the dormers have two smaller 2-light horizontal sashes. The front door is off-centre and is located under a 20th-century gabled porch. There are two red brick stacks; one is external to the east gable end and the other is on the ridge to the west. The building appears to have been slightly extended at the west gable end.
