Description

Glen Cottage and Wayside are a pair of cottages dating from around 1700. Glen Cottage features colour washed rough cast over a timber frame, while Wayside has a timber frame with colour washed plaster infill. Both cottages have thatched roofs and consist of two bays, with one storey. There is a red brick double ridge stack at the division between the two. Glen Cottage has casement windows, while Wayside has a 2-light horizontal sash window and a fixed light. Both cottages have 20th-century doors, and Wayside includes a 20th-century gabled porch.
