Description

Rose Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located in Keysoe, near Bolnhurst. It’s constructed with a timber frame and rough cast rendering, over which a colour wash has been applied. The roof is thatched. The cottage has a 2-room plan, extending over two storeys. External stacks, also rendered and colour-washed, are positioned on both gable ends. The front elevation features a 20th-century gabled porch, central to the front door, and two 2-light casement windows on each floor.
