Description

Southview Cottage is an 18th-century cottage built of cob, which is rough cast and color washed. It features a thatched roof and has three bays, with one storey and attics. The ground floor has three casement windows, while the dormers are fitted with three 2-light horizontal sash windows. The front door is located to the left of a rendered double ridge stack, which is covered by a 20th-century gabled hood. There is also a rendered external gable end stack on the west side. Additionally, there are 20th-century additions to both gable ends.
