Description

The Bier House, associated with St Mary's Church, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantiled roof. The building is small and rectangular in shape. On the northwest gable end, there are double doors set back under a porch with an elliptical archway. The southeast gable end has a 20th-century casement window. The northeast side elevation includes five recessed bays and a moulded brick cornice, with brick coping on the gable ends.
