Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on Riseley Road, Bolnhurst and Keysoe. The walls are pebble-dash over a timber frame, with a red brick gable end on the southwest side, and integral gable end stacks. The roof is thatched. Originally situated approximately 250 metres southwest of The Elms, the property was formerly known as Keysoe Cottage, Brook End. The cottage has a two-room plan and two storeys. It features two two-light horizontal sash windows with glazing bars on each floor. A 20th-century central front door is present. There are single-storey lean-to extensions to the rear and the northeast gable end.
