Description
Enderleys is a detached cottage that dates from the late 17th century, with a two-bay addition added in the 18th century. The building is constructed of rubble stone and features a Roman tiled roof with brick stacks. It is two storeys high and has four windows. A 20th-century door is located to the right of the centre, set within a pantiled porch supported by posts. To the right of the door, there is a 2-light and a 3-light casement window, while to the left, there is a 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned window, a 3-light casement, and a blocked door that indicates a former entrance.
On the first floor, there are two 3-light mullioned windows, along with a 2-light and a 3-light casement. The left side of the building has a 3-light mullioned window in the attic, and the right side features a 2-light casement on both the ground floor and in the attic, as well as a lean-to extension from the 20th century. The rear of the cottage includes 2-light and 1-light casements, along with a lean-to extension on the left. Inside, there is an open fireplace with a chamfered lintel that has rounded corners, set on stone jambs. This fireplace was originally located at the right gable end of the 17th-century cottage but is now positioned centrally within the house. The interior also features chamfered beams.
