Description
Spanish Ledge Guest House and the attached house to the west are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from roughly coursed granite rubble and feature a half-hipped M-shaped roof with rendered ridge stacks. The buildings have a double-depth plan and stand two storeys tall with attics. Each house has a symmetrical three-window arrangement, with granite lintels above late 19th-century horned 2/2-pane sash windows. The central doors are of 20th-century design, featuring plain fanlights set in semi-circular arches with voussoirs. Hipped half-dormers with horned 6/6-pane sashes and slate-hung cheeks complete the exterior. The interiors have not been inspected.
