Description

This is a house located to the west of the South West Electricity Board in Hugh Town, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of roughly coursed granite rubble, featuring larger blocks at the front, and has a half-hipped scantled slate roof with a rendered stack at the right end. The house has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with attics, displaying a three-window range on the first floor. The front includes a mid-20th century glazed door on the left and late 19th century horned 2/2-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
