Description

This is a detached farmhouse dating to the 17th century, with later extensions and alterations. The central range has a timber frame with brick infill, and brick extensions flank either side. The roof is thatched, with a brick stack positioned on the right-hand side and another in the lobby entrance to the left of centre. The farmhouse is one and a half storeys high, with a three-window front. It features three-light timber casement windows with glazing bars. The ground floor windows are topped by concrete lintels with returned labels. A part-glazed, panelled door is sheltered by a pedimental hood. Internal features include hollow chamfered beams with run-out stops.
