Description

Holt Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been rendered and whitewashed, likely built from timber frame and cob. It features a thatched roof with a brick stack at the right end. The building has an irregular arrangement of windows across one and a half storeys, forming an L-plan layout. The windows are 2 and 3-light 20th-century timber casements without glazing bars. There is a 20th-century door located in the re-entrant angle of the structure.
