Description

College Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse constructed with a timber frame and rough cast rendering, topped with a thatched roof. It features a rebuilt 19th-century gault brick ridge stack. The building has one storey and an attic, following a three-unit plan. The entrance includes a boarded door in a lobby entry position, with two horizontal sliding sash windows on the ground floor and two similar dormer windows above. Inside, there is an inglenook hearth in the central room and either boxed or stop-chamfered beams.
