Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse that possibly dates back to the 16th century, with additions from the 17th and 19th centuries. It features a timber-framed structure that is rough cast rendered, topped with plain tile roofs. The main range is one storey and has an attic, with a continuous jetty on the north side. There is a 19th-century lean-to and a 17th-century kitchen wing at the rear. A 17th-century ridge stack made of local brick is located to the right of the center, and there is a gable end stack of red brick at the rear.
On the north elevation, there are two 19th-century three-light hung sash windows on the first floor and one similar window on the ground floor to the left of two four-panelled 19th-century doors. To the right, there are two two-light casement windows with flush-panelled 19th-century shutters. Inside, the main rooms feature cross beams that are either chamfered or cased.
