Description

Mill Farmhouse is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with a 19th-century addition. It features a timber-framed structure that is plastered, topped with a half hipped thatched roof. There is a red brick ridge stack with rebuilt upper courses made of 19th-century brick. The building has one storey and an attic, with a south-facing elevation that includes a modern door on the right and two casement windows. Inside, there are exposed chamfered ceiling beams, and although the original service partition has been removed, a partition remains in place on the first floor. The inglenook hearths also feature chamfered beams.
