Description

Brook Cottage is a 17th-century farmhouse that features one storey and an attic. It is constructed with a rough-cast timber frame and has a plain tile roof. The building has a central red brick ridge stack that includes a moulded band and three square shafts. There are two gabled dormer windows fitted with modern casements, as well as two hung sash windows with glazing bars set in moulded wooden architraves, which are accompanied by panelled shutters. The entrance is marked by a central plank door.
